A fellow doctor and a brother of Addison named Archer gives too much of trouble to Addison and Naomi, even after he moves to the rival Practice Pacific Wellcare which is in Los Angels. After going to Los Angles Archer starts working with Charlotte in fourth floor of Pacific Wellcare. In the meantime Cooper is trying her best to help Violet to talk about her pregnancy to both Sheldon and Pete. Now, Sam and Naomi decide to become casual friends. One of Addison’s pregnant patients is suffering from some stroke-like symptoms.
