Private Practice’s opening episode ‘In Which We Meet Addison, a Nice Girl From Somewhere else’ was premiered on 9-26-2007. Season opens with Dr. Addison as she leaves the Seattle Grace Hospital when she receives an offer from fertility specialist Naomi Bennett. Everyone at Seattle Grace is shocked at her decision and the very first case at her job may make or spoil her upcoming career. Later on this season Ginger asks Pete for medical advice and it may be a reason of jealous for Naomi and Addison. A couple is in trouble to consummate their marriage and Addison seeks Pete’s help to sort out the matter. Cooper is tying to get the medical solution of a mysterious illness which four sisters are stricken off. Meanwhile, Sam guests on a talk show in order to promote his book.

Naomi is on her first date since college; Addison and Pete both are confident to take their relationship up to next level. Addison plans a date with one of Violet’s patients and also joins a safe Surrender program along with Pete. Season 1 finale ‘In Which Dell Finds His Fight’ was aired on 12-5-2007. On this season finale episode, Oceanside branch takes on the fertility of one of its previous patients and also begins a dads-to-be class. Addison deals with some doubts about her status in the dating world. On the other hand, a secret relationship begins between Cooper and a colleague.
